Additional powers of Commission
16By an Order in Council, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council may vest in the Commission the following additional powers:
(a)
the power to establish a voluntary management program respecting private woodlots; and
(b)
the power to establish marketing procedures for primary forest products cut from managed private woodlots.
